overdie expands circular ambition with acquisition of Re-Match location in Tiel

We are proud to announce that overdie has acquired the assets of the bankrupt artificial grass recycling company Re‑Match Nederland in Tiel. Thanks to the strategic location, the extensive environmental permit, and the largest air table setup in Europe (23 units), we see this location as a valuable addition to our growing chain.

This advanced dry separation technology enables us to efficiently recycle metals and other materials without the use of water and chemicals. In this way, we strengthen our circular processing capacity and prepare for European regulations regarding critical metals that will take effect in 2027.

The acquisition seamlessly fits within our existing footprint in Alkmaar, Zaandam, Den Helder and our partnerships in Kleve (Germany) and Istanbul (Turkey) – and strengthens our ambition to close the metal loop within Europe.
